How it works

  1. You send us a clear photo of your bottle (and ideally the packaging or label).
  2. You tell us where you bought it — store name, website, location, anything that helps.
  3. Our team reviews the photo against the authentic NEVER FAKE IT® range.
  4. If you provided an email, we get back to you with the verdict.
  5. If a counterfeit source surfaces, we add it to our watch list and follow up legally where appropriate.

What makes a good photo

  • Bright, clear, no motion blur
  • Bottle and label both visible
  • Bonus: a second photo of the bottom of the bottle (batch number)
  • Bonus: photo of the receipt or proof of purchase

Privacy: photos and metadata are stored securely and used only for verification and counterfeit tracking. We never publish or share user data.
